Across Europe, Elderberries have been simmered into syrups, preserves, and infusions for generations. Echinacea has deep historical ties to the Plains, where it has been traditionally valued for centuries. A true kitchen-table classic, this blend pairs hedgerow-dark Elderberry with sun-loving Echinacea. We look to old-time methods by using both Echinacea root and herb, drawn from Echinacea angustifolia of the western plains and Echinacea purpurea native to eastern North America. In the cup, the aroma is berry-rich, the hue turns deep amber, and the taste lands tart-sweet with earthy, lightly floral depth.
