Native to Southeast Asia, Turmeric has been cultivated across the tropics for centuries. Known for its orange roots and peppery taste, it first reached Europe through trade in the 13th century. Long prized as spice and dye, it has only recently become a staple in Western kitchens.

Blended with zesty Ginger and bright Lemongrass, Turmeric creates a golden infusion with vivid aroma. The taste is gently spicy, citrusy, and smooth ~ warming yet refreshing. Each ingredient adds something distinct: Turmeric brings earthy depth, Ginger provides spice, and Lemongrass a lively lift, combining into a balanced and extremely satisfying brew.

Directions

Use spring or filtered water. Good water is an essential part of brewing a great cup of tea. 

Relax. Some of the most enjoyable aspects of tea are the calmness and ritual that surround it. Take some time for tea!

Quick Brew Directions: Pour freshly boiled water over tea bags in your chosen mug, cover, and let steep 3 to 5 minutes to taste. 

Full Strength (infusion) Directions: Turmeric and ginger are both fibrous, yet delicate ~ best when exposed to high temperatures for only a short period of time. Be sure that your water is at a rolling boil when you pour it over your tea bags. Use one tea bag per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 7–12 minutes.
