Description
Sun-baked and wild, Rooibos comes from South Africa’s fynbos, a biodiverse shrubland of sandy soils and coastal winds. After harvest, leaf bundles are moistened and bruised, then dried in the open air allowing a process called fermentation, which turns the green leaves to red-brown.
We blend the amazing Rooibos leaves with Orange Peel, Lemongrass and Hibiscus to create a tropical feeling tea with no caffeine. The blend is tart, satisfying and crimson with all the character of Rooibos ~ astringent, satisfying and infinitely drinkable.
