Description
Fresh and warming ~ Rooibos, comes from the Fynbos biome in the South African Cederberg mountains. Its stalks are cut then quickly dried to prevent further oxidation and preserve its green hue, and the leaves are used for tea. this unoxidized form is known as Green Rooibos ~ offering a lighter character than the traditional oxidized preparation that is red. We’ve added some Ginger to this unique herb for its spicy pep, a perfect addition.
In the teacup, you get a light, clean infusion with an astringent and satisfying note. Ginger brings a warm, zippy edge. Together they form a balanced cup ~ orange-gold with a fresh, lightly spiced aroma.
