Organic Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica)
Directions
Use spring or filtered water. Good water is an essential part of brewing a great cup of tea.
Relax. Some of the most enjoyable aspects of tea are the calmness and ritual that surround it. Take some time for tea!
Quick Brew Directions: Pour freshly boiled water over tea bags in your chosen mug, cover, and let steep 3 to 5 minutes to taste.
Full Strength (infusion) Directions: Nettle is best when exposed to high temperatures for only a short period of time. Be sure that your water is at a rolling boil when you pour it over your tea bags. Use one tea bag per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 7 to 10 minutes.
