Sun-loving and fast-growing, Moringa is a small tree native to the foothills of the Himalayas ~ now cultivated across many tropical and subtropical regions. Its long, slender seed pods are often called drumsticks, which is why it’s widely known as the drumstick tree. In the Philippines, Moringa is commonly called Malunggay, and in many places it’s also affectionately nicknamed the Tree of Life because of its historical everyday use, from cooking with leaves and pods to pressing seeds for oil.
We’ve added bright Lemongrass for its clean citrus aroma and crisp top note~it helps frame Moringa’s earthy, leafy character as the cup steeps. The infusion pours a soft green-gold hue with a smooth, clean finish.
