Directions

General brewing instructions:
  • Heat water to 180-185F/82-85C. Steep for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  • May be rebrewed for 2 to 3 infusions.
  • Brewing too hot will evaporate the delicious anise flavours and aroma.
Gourmet Hints: delicious with honey. Wonderful iced.
Taste: smooth with a lovely hint of licorice and soft flowery herbaceous notes.
