This blend contains peppercorns of 4 colours: Black, Green, White and Pink (sometimes called red). Black, Green and White peppercorns are dried berries harvested fromPiper nigrum vine. The colours reflect the berries' various states of ripeness.

Pink peppercorn is harvested from Peruvian peppertree. While not as flavourful as the spicy Piper nigrum berries, it compliments their hot flavours with its sweet fruitiness. This colourful blen not only looks beautifu on your dining table, it also adds depth to any dish.
