Our system shows real-time stock status for over 1,000 items. If an item is out of stock, the website will tell you. (It will not tell you if we are making it, or when we expect it to be back in stock yet).
If you call or email, we can place items on order that are not currently in stock, so that you're first in line for the inventory when it becomes available. In the future, we hope to bring this ability directly to our website.
In short, if you need an item that's out of stock, please give us a call or email — we're happy to help and can sometimes make predictions about when it will be available.
