SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES

We strive to ship within 1 day of receiving your confirmed order. During our peak season, orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.

We ship daily via UPS, Canpar and Canada Post. For larger orders, we deliver via truck.

MINIMUM ORDERS & SHIPPING FEES

Minimum order: We still do not have a minimum order. However, shipments of less than $75 in value will have a $10 handling charge added to the invoice.

Wholesale Order Shipping Allowance: We cover shipping costs up to the first 10% of your shipment value. For instance, if you have a shipment headed your way worth $200, we will pay up to the first $20 of the shipping costs. This is usually sufficient for free delivery on shipments worth $200 or more in major metropolitan areas.

In the occurence that the 10% shipping allowance is not enough, we will contact you for approval.

If you have negotiated (i.e. distributor) pricing, these rates above will be a little different and we don't list such policies on this website.

BACKORDER POLICY

We do our best to keep ample stock of all regularly ordered items. If we are unable to ship all the items in your order, your shipment will include a "Customer Backorder Report". Please let us know if there are items you no longer need.

When your backordered items are available, we will contact you to inquire if there is anything else we can add to your order.

All backorders that are out of stock for more than 60 days will normally be deleted (unless other arrangements are made, or we have a pending ETA).

We are unable to ship backordered items for free due to increased shipping costs.
