Black, green and white tea all originate from Camellia sinensis. It's a speciies of evergreen flowering shrub whose leaves and buds are used to produce tea. After harvesting, the leaves are treated with varying levels of fermentation/oxidation and roasting: black tea being the most oxidized, white the least, and green somewhere between.

Chunmee translates to "precious eyebrows" in Chinese - deriving its name from the leaf shapes. This popular green tea's flavour is mellow with a clean finish - slighty more acidic and less sweet than some green teas. An excellent choice for those who will drink a lot of it!
